Our medicinal chemistry operations are located at our 19-acre, state-of-the-art research facility just minutes from Princeton University in New Jersey.  The greater Princeton area offers advantages for every lifestyle — from city conveniences to beautiful suburban neighborhoods to rural tranquility.  Located midway between New York City and Philadelphia, the greater Princeton area is home to 13 different municipalities with more than 350,000 residents.  Within these municipalities are many local farms with farm stands or the ability to pick the produce yourself.  In fact, Mercer County, the home of Princeton, has the oldest farmer’s market in the state. Within the area you will find numerous shopping opportunities including boutiques, factory outlets, and shopping malls along with many dining options and art galleries.  A superb park system and an abundance of public golf courses provide a variety of fun for outdoor enthusiasts of all ages.  You will also find exceptional gardens and sculpture with a variety of biking and walking trails. Mercer County Park has fields for cricket, football, lacrosse, softball, soccer, and volleyball, along with an ice rink and a lake for paddle boating.  The greater Princeton area is home to many excellent school systems, both public and private.

There are a wide variety of options for recreational activities within the greater Princeton area in addition to the additional opportunities in nearby New York City and Philadelphia.  The Trenton Titans, the AA affiliate of the Philadelphia Flyers and the New York Islanders play in the nearby Sovereign Bank Arena.  This facility also serves as the venue for many other types of entertainment such as Disney on Ice and the Ringling Bros.  Barnum and Bailey Circus.  Not far from the Sovereign Bank Arena is Waterfront Park which is the home of the Trenton Thunder, a New York Yankees AA affiliate.  The park is located along the Delaware River and is an enjoyable place to spend an evening with family and friends.  Numerous games are followed by fireworks over the river for all to enjoy. Also nearby is Mercer County Community College which serves as the home base for the New Jersey Wildcats professional women’s soccer team.  There are numerous regional theaters including the acclaimed McCarter Theater in Princeton.

Within the greater Princeton area is a treasure trove of historic places to visit with some of the states greatest cultural and historic sites.  One can follow the footsteps of Washington from his historic crossing of the Delaware to the battle of Trenton. Re-enactments bring these events to live on a regular basis.  Alternatively, the laboratories and library of Thomas Edison are open to the public. Howell Living History Farm, where household and farmyard chores are done as they were in the 1890’s, is a great way to step back into the past and experience life on the farm through activities for all ages.  The Native American Indian Heritage Museum located on the Rankokus Indian Reservation brings a glimpse of Native American life to visitors.  Nearby is the Battleship New Jersey Memorial and Museum, the nation’s most decorated battleship, which is open for tours.

The greater Princeton area is home to multiple universities which provide jobs and educational opportunities for many residents.  It also houses many state-of-the-art industries that include global leaders in insurance, finance and healthcare.
