Lexicon is a biopharmaceutical company focused on drug discovery and development.  Our company is dedicated to discovering and developing breakthrough treatments for human disease based on understanding how genes function.

The company was founded in 1995 and pioneered its proprietary gene knockout technology to discover new ways that drugs might work to fight disease and restore health.  We are utilizing our knowledge of the function of nearly 5,000 genes to identify a promising portfolio of drug targets. Our goal is to enhance the lives of patients by discovering and developing breakthrough treatments for human disease.
